The process of moving is daunting. Hiring Diana Thomas to coordinate and implement our move was the smartest decisions we could have made. She brought a level of emotional relief to a very stressful situation. Packing, arranging the truck for transport, supervising the packers, and then unpacking, were handled with grace and a level head. One such instance; during our absence a rogue golf ball had smashed through the patio door. Diana arranged for this injury to be mended while completing other tasks for our arrival. As anyone who has moved knows, things do not go according to plan. Diana maintained a level of professionalism when encountering such incidences, for example, the moving truck arrived one day late, and we decided to arrive one day earlier than planned, thus diminishing the amount of time Diana had to get the house in order. With a shorter time period to complete such a large task Diana used her resources, put in some long hours and was able to meet the deadline. When we arrived at hour new home we were only required to unpack our vacation luggage in order to begin our new lives. The house was ready to be lived in, which was a great relief to us. Would we recommend this service to our friends? Yes, absolutely. Diana processed this job efficiently, and in my opinion went above and beyond, she was just incredible. I whole heartedly recommend Diana Thomas for anyone looking to make moving an easy transition.
